These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jasmine macOS application and related cloud services (the “Service”) provided by INTERNATIVE YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Jasmine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Jasmine is a macOS application designed to assist users in recording and analyzing meetings and conversations.

The Service may allow users to:

• Record microphone audio

• Record system audio (where technically permitted)

• Generate live transcripts

• Produce AI-powered summaries

• Extract structured insights such as decisions, action items, and deadlines

• Add public or private notes

• Add and manage attendees

• Organize meetings into projects

• Share meetings securely via invitations or token-based links

Some features require internet connectivity and cloud processing.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Recording Consent and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Jasmine complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Audio recording laws

• Consent requirements

• Workplace monitoring regulations

• Privacy and data protection laws

Before recording any conversation, you must obtain all legally required permissions from participants.

Jasmine provides recording tools only and does not verify or monitor your compliance with recording laws.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

Jasmine may offer:

• Sign in with Apple

• Device-based access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access.

You agree not to:

• Share your account access

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Impersonate another individual

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload, including:

• Audio recordings

• Transcripts

• Notes

• Attendee information

• AI-generated summaries

• Project data

You grant Jasmine a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate transcripts and summaries.

• AI-generated output:

• May contain inaccuracies

• May omit context

• May misinterpret speech

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

7. Sharing and Collaboration

You may share meetings with other users via secure invitation links.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to share the content

• Shared participants are authorized to access it

We are not responsible for misuse of shared links.

8. Subscriptions, Trials, and In-App Purchases

Jasmine may offer:

• Free trial access

• Monthly or annual subscriptions

• Consumable add-on minute packages

Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings prior to renewal.

Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.

Recording or transcription functionality may be limited when usage quotas are exhausted.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance

• Record conversations without required consent

• Upload malicious code

• Attempt to bypass subscription or payment systems

• Reverse engineer the application

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, access to cloud-stored content may be restricted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or perfect AI accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jasmine shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

If changes are material, we will provide notice within the application.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
