TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, software and services provided by Internative Yazılım A.Ş. ("Internative", "we", "us"), including Internative Portal at portal.internative.net (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Where Internative and a client have signed a separate written agreement, that agreement prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
1. Who We Are
Internative Yazılım A.Ş., registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce under registration number 107998-5, headquartered at Merdivenköy Mh. Yumurtacı Abdibey Cd. Nur Sk. No:1/1 A Blok Kat:12 D:115 İç Kapı No: 2 Business İstanbul, Kadıköy / İstanbul, 34732, Türkiye.
2. Internative Portal
Internative Portal is our internal business portal. Our own team, and clients we invite, use it to manage work and to connect business social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn Pages and X) through each platform's official authorization flow (OAuth), and to plan, schedule and publish content to those accounts.
3. Who May Use the Services
- Internative Portal may be used only by authorized Internative team members and by clients that Internative has invited.
- You may connect a social media account only if you are authorized to act on behalf of the person or organization that owns it.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
- We may suspend or remove access that is used in breach of these Terms or that is no longer authorized.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create, schedule or publish through the Services, and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to publish it, including rights to music, images, video and trademarks.
- You must not use the Services to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, harassing or otherwise harmful.
- Where content is commercial or sponsored, you are responsible for the disclosures required by law and by the platform you publish to.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Internative does not review content before you publish it.
5. Compliance With Connected Platforms
When you publish to or manage a connected account, you must also comply with that platform's own terms and policies, including in particular:
- TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service, the Music Usage Confirmation and the Branded Content Policy;
- Instagram, Facebook and Threads: the Meta Platform Terms and Meta's Community Standards;
- LinkedIn: the LinkedIn API Terms of Use;
- X: the X Terms of Service and the X Developer Agreement and Policy.
These platforms are operated by independent third parties. Their availability, features and rules may change at any time, and Internative is not responsible for their decisions, including the removal of content or the restriction of accounts.
6. Connecting and Disconnecting Accounts
- Accounts are connected only through each platform's official authorization flow. We never ask for your platform password.
- We use only the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features you use, such as publishing scheduled content and showing its status.
- You can disconnect an account at any time from Internative Portal, or revoke access from the platform's own settings.
- When an account is disconnected, we delete the access tokens we hold for it and, where the platform supports it, ask the platform to revoke Internative Portal's access. Content that has already been published stays on the platform and is governed by that platform's rules.
7. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Services, including their software, design, text and trademarks, belong to Internative or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for as long as your access is authorized.
- You keep ownership of your content. You allow Internative to store, process and publish it as you instruct, only to the extent needed to provide the Services.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, interfere with their operation, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, use them to send spam, or use them in breach of applicable law.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a third-party platform will accept, keep or display any content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Internative is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data, or for the acts and decisions of third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services if these Terms are breached, if a platform requires it, or if the access is no longer authorized. You may stop using the Services and disconnect your accounts at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version is published on this page with a new date. Where a change is material, we will inform authorized users of Internative Portal where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Services after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
