Custom Enterprise Software, Engineered Around Your Operations

Custom Enterprise Software, Engineered Around Your Operations

Off-the-shelf tools force your operation to bend to their logic. We do the opposite: bespoke business software built around your real processes, integrated with what you already run, and owned by you — automation that scales with the company.

From Process Map to Production System, One Engineering Partner

Operational software succeeds in three places: it models your real process, it connects to the systems you already depend on, and it survives daily production use at scale. Every engagement packages the three into one accountable delivery — not a tool you have to bend your operation around.

Business Process Management & Workflow Automation

Business Process Management & Workflow Automation

We model your real operational flows — approvals, order-to-cash, procurement, field ops — into a single system with configurable rules, role-based access, audit trails, and automation that removes the manual handoffs and spreadsheets in between.

Integration with ERP & the Systems You Already Run

Integration with ERP & the Systems You Already Run

Your new system plugs into what you already use — SAP, Dynamics, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, CRMs and warehouse tools — through secure APIs and integration middleware, so it becomes the connective layer across your stack instead of one disconnected island.

Operational Dashboards & Decision-Grade Reporting

Operational Dashboards & Decision-Grade Reporting

Live operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting replace end-of-month spreadsheet assembly. Managers see throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs and cost in real time, with role-specific views from the shop floor to the boardroom — one source of truth.

A System Your Company Owns, Not a License You Rent

Most operational pain doesn't come from a missing app — it comes from forcing the business into software that was built for someone else. Enterprise Software exists to build the system around your operation, integrate it with what you run, and hand you a codebase and an architecture you own.

The Enterprise Software Principle: The System Fits the Operation

The Enterprise Software Principle: The System Fits the Operation

The Enterprise Software Principle

Off-the-shelf software asks your operation to change.

Custom software changes to fit your operation.

Mid-market and large companies don't run on generic processes. The way you take an order, approve a discount, dispatch a crew, or close a month is part of how you compete. When you bend that to fit a packaged tool, you pay for it twice — in license fees and in the workarounds, spreadsheets and shadow processes that grow around the gaps.

Enterprise Software is not a product we resell.

It is a custom-engineering discipline that turns the way your company actually operates into a system that runs it — reliably, at scale, and under your ownership.

Our commitments:

• The system models your process, not a vendor's. Workflows, roles and rules map to how you really work.

• It integrates, it doesn't isolate. Your ERP, CRM and existing tools stay; the new system connects them.

• You own it. The codebase, the data and the architecture are yours — no lock-in, no per-seat ceiling on growth.

• It's built to last. Security, audit trails, observability and documentation are engineered in, so a successor team can run it without a rewrite.

How We Build Operational Systems: Map → Build → Run

A three-phase delivery: Map → Build → Run.

1. Map (2–4 weeks)

We sit with the people who run the operation, document the real process (not the org chart), find the bottlenecks and manual handoffs, and agree the integration points with your ERP and existing tools. Output: a process map, a target architecture, an integration plan, and a phased delivery roadmap with clear go/no-go milestones.

2. Build (8–20 weeks per phase)

Two-week sprints with a working increment at the end of each. We build on a proven stack (Next.js, NestJS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL) with role-based access, audit trails and observability from sprint zero. Integrations to SAP, Dynamics, Logo, Netsis, Mikro and CRMs are engineered behind secure APIs. We roll out by department or process so value lands early and risk stays contained.

3. Run (ongoing)

After launch we operate a support-and-evolution loop: monitoring, SLAs, incident response, and a backlog that grows with the business. Many clients move operations onto the system department by department over 6–18 months; some keep us as a long-term product-engineering partner, others take the owned codebase fully in-house.

The supporting layer

Every phase is backed by our practice across custom software engineering, cloud-native backend architecture, system integration, and managed support & optimization — linked under Services.

How We Build Operational Systems: Map → Build → Run
Who Enterprise Software Serves: Four Operating Profiles

Who Enterprise Software Serves: Four Operating Profiles

1. Manufacturing & industrial operators

Production tracking, quality management, maintenance, and shop-floor-to-ERP integration where downtime and traceability have a real cost. We build the operational layer that sits between the machines and the ERP — without ripping out either.

2. Logistics, distribution & field operations

Dispatch, route and crew management, warehouse and inventory flows, and field-service apps that share one real-time backend. We've shipped this topology for distribution, last-mile and service organizations across Türkiye and EU markets.

3. Finance, services & regulated operations

Approval workflows, case and contract management, and reporting where audit trails and KVKK/GDPR compliance are non-negotiable. We engineer the controls and observability to prove compliance, not just to claim it.

4. Multi-entity & franchise groups

Groups running several brands, branches or locations that need consolidated operations and reporting on top of mixed local systems. We build the connective platform that standardizes process across entities while respecting what each one already runs.

The one promise

Whatever the operation, we underwrite the outcome: a system that fits how you work, integrates with what you run, scales as you grow, and stays yours to own.

What We Offer?

AI Solutions. SaaS Engines. Market-Ready Products

One partner for your entire digital lifecycle. We don’t just develop software; we build the strategic foundations that move your business from static code to sustainable growth. Through our specialized divisions, we transform complex business logic into high-performance digital assets that drive market dominance.

Internative Enterprise Software builds the custom operational systems that mid-market and large companies run their business on — order-to-cash, approvals, field operations, inventory, and reporting. We engineer bespoke business process management and automation software that fits how your company actually works, integrates with your ERP and existing tools, and replaces spreadsheets, manual handoffs, and disconnected point solutions with one system of record.

The Internative SaaS Factory turns raw ideas and internal enterprise processes into commercialized, globally deployable SaaS products that generate predictable Monthly Recurring Revenue. We treat SaaS as a long-duration digital asset — engineering for exit readiness, investor scrutiny, and multi-vertical growth from day one.

We don’t just train models. We design, build, and deploy AI solutions that integrate into real products and operations.

The Internative App Factory turns product ideas and business mandates into production-grade iOS, Android and cross-platform mobile applications. We combine Flutter, React Native, Swift and Kotlin engineering with commercial product thinking so every app we ship earns installs, retains users, and moves a business metric on day one.

Internative’s strategic software expertise and Lymo Games’ high-fidelity development power unite to redefine industrial simulations. We don’t just build tools; we create immersive, industry-grade ecosystems that eliminate operational risks and maximize human potential.

We don’t just fix bugs. We diagnose why the product stopped growing and rebuild it around revenue, scalability, and real market demand.
