Integration with ERP and Your Existing Systems
The new system connects to SAP, Dynamics, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, your CRM and warehouse tools through secure APIs. Not another disconnected island, but the layer that ties your existing software together.

Off-the-shelf tools force your operation to fit their logic. We do the opposite: software built around your real processes, integrated with the systems you already run, and owned by you.
Operational software succeeds in three places: it models your real process, it connects to the systems you depend on, and it survives daily production use. Every engagement brings those three into one accountable delivery.

The new system connects to SAP, Dynamics, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, your CRM and warehouse tools through secure APIs. Not another disconnected island, but the layer that ties your existing software together.

Live dashboards and reporting replace the month-end spreadsheet exercise. Managers see throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs and cost in real time, with role-specific views from the floor to the board.

We model approvals, order-to-cash, procurement and field operations in one system. Configurable rules, role-based access and audit trails replace the manual steps and spreadsheets in between.
Most operational pain does not come from a missing app. It comes from forcing the business into software built for someone else. We build the system around your operation, integrate it with what you run, and hand you a codebase and architecture you own.

Off-the-shelf software asks your operation to change. Custom software changes to fit your operation.
Mid-market and large companies do not run on generic processes. How you take an order, approve a discount or close a month is part of how you compete. Bend that to fit a packaged tool and you pay twice: in licence fees, and in the workarounds that grow around the gaps.
Our commitments
The system models your process, not a vendor's. It connects your existing tools rather than isolating them. The codebase, data and architecture are yours, with no lock-in and no per-seat ceiling on growth. Security, audit trails and documentation are engineered in from the start, so a successor team can run it without a rewrite.

1. Map (2-4 weeks). We sit with the people who run the operation, document the real process rather than the org chart, and find the bottlenecks. Output: a process map, target architecture, integration plan and a phased roadmap with clear milestones.
2. Build (8-20 weeks per phase). Two-week sprints, each ending in a working increment. Built on Next.js, NestJS, FastAPI and MongoDB, with role-based access and audit trails from day one. We roll out department by department so value lands early and risk stays contained.
3. Run (ongoing). Monitoring, SLAs, incident response and a backlog that grows with the business. Most clients move their operation onto the system over 6-18 months, then either continue with us or take the codebase fully in-house.

Manufacturing and industry. Production tracking, quality management, maintenance and shop-floor-to-ERP integration. Where downtime and traceability carry real cost, we build the operational layer between the machines and the ERP without replacing either.
Logistics and field operations. Dispatch, route and crew management, warehouse flows and field-service apps, all sharing one real-time backend.
Finance and regulated operations. Approval workflows, case and contract management, reporting. We engineer the controls so you can prove audit trails and GDPR/KVKK compliance rather than just claim them.
Multi-entity groups. Consolidated operations and reporting for groups running several brands, branches or locations on mixed local systems. We standardise process across entities without disturbing what each one already runs.
What We Offer?
One partner for your entire digital lifecycle. We don’t just develop software; we build the strategic foundations that move your business from static code to sustainable growth. Through our specialized divisions, we transform complex business logic into high-performance digital assets that drive market dominance.
We do not just train models. We design and deliver AI systems that run in production, integrate into real products and operations, and scale.
Learn More — AI StudioWe build the custom operational systems mid-market and enterprise companies run on: order-to-cash, approvals, field operations, inventory and reporting. A system shaped around how your company actually works, integrated with your ERP and existing tools. Spreadsheets, manual handoffs and disconnected point solutions give way to a single system of record.
Explore Enterprise Software — Enterprise SoftwareWe turn raw ideas and internal processes into revenue-generating SaaS products ready for global markets. We treat SaaS as a long-term digital asset: built from day one to survive investor scrutiny and to grow across verticals.
Explore SaaS Factory — SaaS FactoryA mobile app does not succeed simply because the code is finished. The right product design, a solid technical foundation and a clean release process have to come together. With App Factory we run that whole process under one roof.
Explore App Factory — App FactoryInternative's enterprise software expertise and Lymo Games' Unreal Engine depth come together to build industrial simulations. Not demo tools, but training environments that reduce operational risk and produce measurable performance data.
Learn More — Serious GamesWe don’t just fix bugs. We diagnose why the product stopped growing and rebuild it around revenue, scalability, and real market demand.
