Future Women Leaders Portal: A Digital Platform Supporting Leadership Development
Client Overview
Since 2010, KAGİDER — Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey has been running the Future Women Leaders Program, designed to empower young women by strengthening professional skills, confidence, leadership, and employability.
The program connects participants with mentors, training opportunities, and corporate partnerships — serving as one of Turkey’s most influential empowerment initiatives.
Challenge
As the program scaled, existing processes such as:

- Candidate scoring

became complex, manual, and time-consuming.
A centralized digital ecosystem was required.

- Accept and track applications,
- Enable jury scoring and evaluation workflows,
- Publish announcements, content and program updates,
- Provide a structured learning and engagement experience.
