Project Information:

IM English Interview is an online exam portal that offers the opportunity to evaluate the written and spoken English levels of these candidates, 24/7 online, according to 45 different job positions, as the first and only in the world and in Turkey and to report instantly.

As the Internative team, we implemented the UI/UX design and development processes of the platform. The platform has been designed in such a way that candidates can easily access the system, experience an uninterrupted and trouble-free interview process, and provide convenience with referrals.

In the created system, it defines the special exams determined together with the HR department and required by the position, and the exam keys and exam directives are forwarded to the HR department. The HR Department shares the exam with the candidates. The candidate participates in the exam via the system by logging into the IM exam module, which is open 24/7 with the sent exam link and disposable exam key. When all exams are completed, the exam report is sent to the HR department in PDF within 10 minutes.
